【摘要】目的 研究乳腺癌組織中P-gp、nm23和p53的變化規律及與乳腺癌復發的關系。
方法應用免疫組化方法檢測10例乳腺纖維腺瘤(纖維腺瘤組)和47例乳腺癌病變組織中P-gp、nm23和p53 的表達,47例乳腺癌中18例隨訪3~5年無復發(無復發組),29例3年內復發(復發組),并比較其表達陽性率和表達強度的差異。
結果乳腺癌復發組nm23表達陽性率較纖維腺瘤組低(P<0.05),其陽性表達強度較無復發組低。復發組和無復發組p53表達陽性率均較纖維腺瘤組高(P<0.05),復發組p53陽性表達強度高于無復發組(P<0.05)。復發組和無復發組Pgp表達陽性率與纖維腺瘤組比較差異無顯著性意義,但其陽性表達強度較纖維腺瘤組低(P<0.01,P<0.025)。
結論p53過表達和nm23低表達對預測乳腺癌復發具有一定價值。
