目的研究胃癌組織中nm23和CD44的表達，以及與淋巴結轉移和預后的關系。
方法應用SP免疫組化技術對105例胃癌組織nm23、CD44H和CD44V6的表達進行觀察，并對其中59例患者隨訪。結果 nm23、CD44H及CD44V6蛋白表達陽性率分別為44.8%、54.3%和48.6%； nm23及CD44V6在胃癌組織的表達與其分化、浸潤深度、臨床分期和預后有關，而CD44H的表達與上述臨床病理指標無關。3種抗體的陽性反應與淋巴結轉移有關(nm23 Ｐ＜0.05； CD44V6 Ｐ＜0.01； CD44H Ｐ＜0.05)。
結論 CD44H的表達可用于監測病情，而nm23和CD44V6有希望作為一個判斷預后的指標。
