女性更年期咽異感癥的病因學探討_《華西醫學》

目的　進一步探討更年期咽異感癥的發病機制，為正確的診治該疾病提供新的思考。方法　試驗組納入2011年1月－2012年2月女性更年期咽異感癥患者24例，年齡41～51歲；對照組納入咽痛為主要表現的急慢性咽炎患者24例，年齡18～44歲。運用低濃度丁卡因溶液及氯霉素溶液噴霧咽腔，觀察更年期咽異感癥患者與急慢性咽炎患者用藥后的治療反應。結果　更年期咽異感癥患者使用丁卡因后，咽部異物感癥狀普遍加重，而急慢性咽炎患者咽痛癥狀則有減輕，組間構成比差異具有統計學意義（χ2=25.552，P＜0.05）；氯霉素溶液噴霧后，兩組患者差異無統計學意義（χ2=0.520，P＞0.05）。結論　局部炎癥并非更年期咽異感癥的真實原因，更年期感覺神經功能的快速退行性變所引起的感覺不適應，即咽部感覺神經功能的下降，可能是咽異感癥的最本質原因，針對神經功能退行性變的處理，才是更年期咽異感癥的最佳治療方案。
