水療在運動系統疾病中的應用進展_《華西醫學》

水療是康復治療中一種有效的治療技術和方法，目前日益受到重視，但限于運行水療較困難而在國內應用受到限制，臨床上實踐技術和研究極少。運動系統疾病是水療最主要的適應證，水療獨特的減重、溫熱、靜水壓作用具有明顯的康復療效，值得推廣。現就水療的作用機制、運動系統疾病水療的病種、訓練方法和研究進展作一綜述。
