1例希羅達致Ⅲ度手足綜合征的循證護理_《中國循證醫學雜志》

目的　針對1 例由卡培他濱（希羅達）所致的Ⅲ度手足綜合征的乳腺癌患者，檢索當前的最佳證據，尋求緩解病人癥狀和體征的護理方法。
方法　計算機檢索Cochrane圖書館（2008年第1期）、ACP Journal Club（1991 ～ 2008）、MEDLINE（1966 ～ 2008）、CBMdisc（1995 ～ 2008），收集有關卡培他濱（希羅達）所致的Ⅲ度手足綜合征的護理方法的文獻，并對所獲證據進行評價。
結果　對由卡培他濱所致的Ⅲ度手足綜合征的患者，有兩種有效措施：① 停藥或調整藥物劑量，并同時進行對癥支持治療和護理。② 不停藥或調整藥物劑量，改用中草藥治療。我們遵循證據并結合患者意愿，對患者進行停藥和對癥支持治療和護理，兩周后患者恢復良好。
結論　對于由卡培他濱引起的Ⅲ度手足綜合征患者，可以采用停藥和對癥支持的治療和護理措施來緩解患者癥狀與體征。
