資料提取表是原始研究與系統評價最終報告之間的橋梁，是資料分析的基礎，直接關系到系統評價的結果結論，在系統評價中有著重要的地位和作用。Cochrane系統評價對資料提取表有嚴格要求，本文介紹筆者在進行Cochrane系統評價時設計資料提取表的一些經驗和體會。
