美國衛生決策支持系統建設與應用_《中國循證醫學雜志》

研發智能的決策支持系統用于臨床服務和衛生管理實踐，是控制由于重復檢查引發醫療費用增長和決策支持不足引發醫療差錯的有效手段。美國典型的衛生決策支持系統包括CPOE、MYCIN、QMR、NEDSS等，主要應用于疾病診斷與治療、公共衛生應急管理、醫院管理、醫療保險管理等方面。美國衛生決策支持系統發展過程中積累的成功經驗值得我們借鑒，如：管理制度、決策者和信息技術的結合，滿足緊迫的臨床業務和衛生管理需求，富有成效的衛生信息化建設以及從臨床決策支持系統到衛生管理決策支持系統的發展路徑選擇等。
